A deeper, more hands-on visit for a calmer, more organized home. • Laundry + clothing organization • 3 errands (scheduled tasks or pickups) • Kitchen reset + light meal or snack prep • Living room & toy organization • Simple home organization project (pantry, entryway, bins, etc.)
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy 💛 Thank you for choosing Rae of Joy — we’re here to help make everyday life feel a little lighter and more manageable. Scheduling: Visits must be booked in advance. Recurring clients receive priority scheduling. Appointment times may vary slightly based on errands, traffic, or prior visits. Payment: Payment is received in advance unless otherwise arranged. We currently accept Stripe payments or cash payments. Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Services: Our support may include - Laundry + folding Kitchen resets Light tidying Organization help Snack or meal prep Household errands General home support Please note: We are not a deep-cleaning or maid service. We are not a medical or caregiving service. Supplies: If you have preferred household products or supplies you’d like us to use, please let us know before your visit. Communication: Please share your priorities before each visit so we can focus on what will feel most helpful for your home
